About the job

As Staff Engineer, you will report to the Head of Customer Experience. You will be in charge of transversal communication with all Excellence/Experience teams. 

Your primary mission will be to handle the technical aspects of the Excellence department’s activities.

You will collaborate with all Excellence and Product teams in order to propose and implement solutions to answer the technical needs of the Excellence department. 

As a technical expert, you will be the point of contact of the Excellence teams as well as the technical owner of the Excellence department’s projects.

  • Experience using a cloud infrastructure
  • Sysadmin skills
  • In-depth knowledge of storage (Block, Object, FileSystem, Hardware)
  • System and infrastructure skills
  • Knowledge of security alerts
  • SQL, Python, Php, Bash, Golang
  • Command of English is mandatory

  • Specify and design technical solutionsDefine the technical objectives and the vision of the Excellence department
  • Provide technical expertise

  • Collaborate with our Excellence and Product teams to offer apt solutions
  • Bridge the gap between the Product EMs and Excellence teams
  • Lead technical interventions to eliminate blockers
  • Handle the technical run, maintenance, and improvement of the internal tools of the Excellence department

  • Localisation:

    This position can be either: 
    - Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible
    - Fully remote in Europe
